Return & Refund Policy

At SambasPK, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The size delivered is different from the size you ordered.

Return Conditions

• Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Original box, tags, and accessories must be included.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been worn or used.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Orders where the customer selected the wrong size or changed their mind.

If your return is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund after inspecting the returned item.
